Latest Q & A Rear Sc/R leaf springs

Q: I was wondering if you know if 1969 amx springs fit a S/C? The part # the guy is selling is 3122. They are listed on ebay and it ends in 2 hours. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Mark

A:Sc/Rambler and american body rear leaf spring were 2" wide where other AMC's were 2 1/2" wide .
The sc original springs can usually be rearched in case you want to retain the "total" stock set .
New springs are available from several sources and are not a hard to find item ...
